The first Robin Hobb book I read was Assassin’s Apprentice, I really enjoyed that book and soon was eagerly awaiting the other books in that trilogy, Royal Assassin and Assassin’s Quest. Then she followed it up with the Tawney Man Trilogy, which was a continuation of Fitz story. These books definitely are an all time favorite of mine and I have read them many times in the past.
So if you are interested in some really great books I highly recommend any of these 6 book. They are at their best when they are read in order: Assassin’s Apprentice, Royal Assassin, Assassin’s Quest, Fools Errand, Golden Fool and Fool’s Fate.
